1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using OrgMentor's platform services, operated by Zoko Softwares Limited ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
OrgMentor provides a cloud-based training platform that allows business administrators to create, manage, and deliver training modules to their staff. The Service includes features for uploading videos, image slides, and PDF documents, as well as role management and progress tracking capabilities.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Payment Terms
Our Service is offered on a subscription basis with the following terms:
- Monthly Plan: $100 per month for up to 12 user licenses
- Annual Plan: $84 per month (billed annually) for up to 12 user licenses
- Additional licenses: $10 per license per month (monthly plan) or $8.40 per license per month (annual plan)
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
5. Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription date.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds are only available for the first billing cycle
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days
- Add-on services and additional licenses are subject to the same 14-day policy

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@orgmentor.io with your account details and reason for the refund request.
Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription fees after the 14-day guarantee period
- Custom development or consulting services
- Third-party integrations or services
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose outside your organization
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zoko Softwares Limited (operating as OrgMentor) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Zoko Softwares Limited, operating as OrgMentor, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
